ICD:
An abbreviation for the “International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems.” The classification was prepared by WHO based on the WHO Constitution to facilitate systematic storage, analysis, interpretation, and comparison of mortality and morbidity data collected from different countries and regions at different points in time.
